Within the seminars organized by the department for teachers and researchers,Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Hassan delivered a lecture entitled (Composite Materials) on Thursday 5/4/2018 on the conference hall in the department.

The lecture included the definition of composite materials and their classification, the importance of these materials and why they are used in mechanical structures, as well as their use in energy absorption and the use of the LS0DYNA program in the modeling of composite materials for shock absorption.
