The department's teachers participate in the English language seminar
The participants were: Deputy Head for Administrative Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed Naeem Huyen , Asst. Prof. Dr. Najem Al-Rubaiey , Dr. Sundus I. Mahdi participated in Seminar on the pros and cons of the Headway Academic Skills program, which was held at the English Language Center / University of Technology on 12/3/2018.

The University honors female teachers and staff members on the occasion of Women's Day
On the occasion of International Women's Day, Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology and Under the slogan (Iraqi woman symbol of unity and construction) , The University of Technology held the annual Central Ceremony to honor Iraqi women on Monday 12/3/2018 and at the university theater in the presence of the President of the University Prof. Dr. Amin Daway Thamir and a large number of teachers, associates and students.
The honors were: Dr. Sundus I. Mahdi, Chemist Hayat Emad and the student Hadir Samir
