As part of the Stevens program and exchange of information and experience between the University of Technology and US universities, the first video interview was conducted between the students and professors of the university's technological departments participating in the program and the students and professors of the American University of Wyoming in the electromechanical engineering department / electronic laboratory on 19/4/2018 and in presence of the president of university Dr. Amen Daway ,university president  deputy for scientific affairs Dr. Alaa Abd Alhussan and a large number of university students.

The meeting included productive discussions between students and professors on the future use of fossil energy and renewable energies in Iraq and the world, the program participants are from the department Dr.Najeem abdullkathem ,MS.c student Ranya Shokry and BS.c Ayaat Gaith
