The accepted student submits to the department with the following documents:

1. The original document of the preparatory study, with the approval of the General Directorate of Education in the province, to the department register division, no later than the end of the first semester and submit a written pledge in this regard.
2. a guarantee document according to the form prepared by the Department of Legal Affairs in the university include in its paragraphs materials urging the student to preserve the state property and not tampering with it and otherwise bear the penalty for the resulting damages.
3. A colored copy of the certificate of Iraqi nationality and the identity of the civil status or the unified card of the student and his parents.
4. 8 recent photos.
5. Medical examination form:
   1. The student will not be registered if the application is not submitted at all.
   2. The original copy of the form must be delivered.
   3. The results of the medical examination shall be checked by department, if the student is not fit for the study, he/she shall write to the central admission for the purpose of admission to an appropriate college.
